On Board Team Manager

The role of an On Board Manager at Avanti West Coast is crucial to our success, focusing on people and customer experience.
As a leader, you will be responsible for a dedicated team of on-board crews, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing team behaviours in line with business values, supervising performance, and addressing issues that may arise.
- Leading the implementation of planned changes and supporting on-board teams with new commercial activities.
- Ensuring the safety of on-board teams and complying with safety standards.
- Managing budgets in collaboration with the Finance Business Partner.
- Delivering great customer service in all circumstances.
- This role requires flexibility and an 'On Call' commitment, with working hours adapting to the railway environment.
You will be a great leader with a proven track record, excellent at workload management, and prioritizing the safety of others.
A customer-focused individual with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is ideal for this role.
