Job Description

We are seeking a committed and passionate individual to join our Board of Trustees, bringing their skills and experience to help us achieve our mission.

As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Outward Housing, working closely with our Chief Executive and other Board Members to make strategic decisions and drive our charity forward.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in managing, inspecting, commissioning, and developing care and support services, as well as those with lived experience as a carer or advocate for a person with learning disability or autism.

As a member of our Board, you will have the opportunity to contribute to your local community, develop your strategic experience, and be part of a committed team with common values and goals.

We are committed to ensuring our Board reflects the diversity of the communities we serve and welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds.
