Job Title: Board Member

We are recruiting for new voluntary Board members to join our team and contribute to the governance and strategic direction of our charity.

About the Role

As a Board Member, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Outward Housing and ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality care and support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend Board meetings and contribute to discussions on strategic direction and governance
  • Provide guidance and oversight on the charity's operations and finances
  • Support the development of new initiatives and services
  • Represent the charity at external events and meetings
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a passion for social care and a commitment to empowering people with disabilities. You will have experience in governance, leadership, or a related field, and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the challenges faced by our charity and the people we support.
