About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in caring for individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
Key Responsibilities
- Care for clients with complex needs, including personal care, administering medication, and providing catheter and colostomy care.
- Assist clients with everyday household tasks, such as cooking and cleaning.
- Work as part of a close-knit team to provide high-quality care and support to clients.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is resilient, willing to learn new skills, and able to work independently. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
