We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Peverel Court Care. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their wellbeing and maximising their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- To ensure the wellbeing of the residents and to maximise their quality of life by aiding and encouraging each resident to reach their full potential.
- To promote good working practices and to perform duties competently and in accordance with company policies so ensuring a safe and secure environment for both residents and staff.
- To demonstrate outstanding time management, problem solving, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- To have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and confidence communicating with people at all levels whilst maintaining confidentiality when required.
- To have a strong service mindset and flexible can-do approach.
- To have strong judgement and decision-making ability.
- To have energy, enthusiasm and confidence to take the initiative.
