About the Role:
Queens Park Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead their nursing home in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents and ensuring the smooth operation of the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead and motivate a team of care staff, promoting a positive and supportive work culture.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making improvements as necessary.
- Manage the home's budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in care home management, with a focus on quality and patient safety.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and understanding of care standards.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Driving license and own vehicle required.

Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a two-stage format. Stage One will involve a video call interview with the Owners & Regional Director, followed by a Stage Two in-person interview with the Owners & Regional Director. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in care home management, strong leadership and communication skills, and excellent clinical knowledge.
