Compassionate Care Support Worker

As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized support to our clients in their own homes. Your kindness, empathy, and understanding will help create a safe and welcoming environment for them to thrive.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.25 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and mileage payment. Our Care Assistants also receive industry-leading training, excellent support, and a range of benefits, including paid annual leave, employee health assured program, and pension auto-enrollment.
A driving license and access to your own vehicle are required for this role, as you will be based in the community providing care for clients in their own homes.
Job Description- Provide personalized support to clients in their own homes
- Build relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with other Care Assistants and staff members
No experience or particular qualifications are needed, but having some experience interacting with older people would be beneficial.
A driving license and access to your own vehicle are required for this role.
