About the Role:

Home Instead is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Evening Care Assistant to join our team. As an Evening Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and companionship.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.25 on weekdays and £13.50 on weekends.
  • Guaranteed hours built around your availability.
  • Optional overtime opportunities.
  • A minimum of an hour visit per client.
  • Travel time between clients with flexibility depending on the distance of travel.

Requirements:
