About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team on Ward 31 at Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a key member of our orthopaedic trauma nursing team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient care, completing thorough nursing assessments, and participating in audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead junior members of the team and provide excellent leadership skills
  • Manage and coordinate patient care on the ward
  • Complete thorough nursing assessments and patient feedback surveys
  • Participate in audits and support the Ward Manager with length of stay
  • Deliver and improve the quality of care within the ward
