About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our Finance team at BAE Systems. In this role, you will coordinate with the Finance function to facilitate multiple high-profile Finance-owned events.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating delegate management, stakeholder management, and collating feedback for Finance-owned events.
  • Managing mailboxes, resolving queries, and forwarding correspondence.
  • Organising regular meetings and forums, including responsibility for noting actions and minutes.
  • Handling end-to-end purchasing, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Managing team travel and accommodation requests.
  • Ownership of the professional qualification course booking process and updating the study database.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event coordination or similar roles.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience building and maintaining professional relationships.
