Business Development Opportunity

Berry Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our client's team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating appointments for our clients to meet with business owners and senior decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate high-quality leads through telephone-based outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and prospects
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools
