Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Utilize social media platforms to design, implement, and maintain a company-wide social media strategy to attract candidates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Previous experience in generalist recruitment, ideally in an in-house environment
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to produce engaging adverts and candidate marketing materials
- Highly familiar with social media platforms and able to add value through your ability to exploit the full benefits of social media resourcing
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and applicant tracking systems
- A "can do" positive attitude and a natural desire to put the customer first
