About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team at Bromford. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the finance business partner service to key business stakeholders across our Central Services and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crucial analysis and insights that drive opportunities, manage risk, and support the delivery of Bromford's strategic plan.
  • Collaborate with the partnering team to develop and maintain the finance business partner service.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business stakeholders, and develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Sound understanding of accounting concepts and practical application, or data analytics and business modelling.
  • Previous business partnering experience, or a strong background in finance operations and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge and practice of business process management, finance operations reporting procedures, and best practice internal control processes.
