About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Finance team at Bromford. As a key member of our team, you will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner/Finance Business Partner and be responsible for developing and maintaining the finance business partner service to key business stakeholders across our Central Services and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide crucial analysis and insights that drive opportunities, manage risk, and support the delivery of Bromford's strategic plan.
  • Collaborate with the partnering team to develop and maintain the finance business partner service.
  • Develop and maintain a sound understanding of accounting concepts and practical application or data analytics and business modelling.

Requirements

  • A sound understanding of accounting concepts and practical application or data analytics and business modelling.
  • Previous business partnering experience is desirable, though attitude and ability to build trust and influence outcomes is more important.
  • A strong knowledge and practice of business process management, finance operations reporting procedures, and best practice internal control processes.
