About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team at Bromford. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the finance business partner service to key business stakeholders across our Central Services and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crucial analysis and insights that drive opportunities, manage risk, and support the delivery of Bromford's strategic plan.
  • Collaborate with the partnering team to develop and maintain the finance business partner service.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner/Finance Business Partner to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Sound understanding of accounting concepts and practical application or data analytics and business modelling.
  • Previous business partnering experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge and practice of business process management, finance operations reporting procedures, and best practice internal control processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes.
