Employer Branding Specialist

We're seeking an Employer Branding Specialist to lead our employer branding efforts, driving the implementation of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and ensuring it resonates with our values and culture.

This role is pivotal in transforming our employer brand from the ground up across all business areas, ensuring it's represented at each step of the candidate journey, and supporting the delivery of our attraction strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing our employer brand strategy that aligns to our values, culture, and EVP
  • Creating and curating content that effectively communicates our EVP across various platforms and each step of the candidate journey
  • Partnering with the broader Engagement, People, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience for current and future colleagues
  • Engaging with colleagues to raise our brand through authentic storytelling and testimonials
  • Managing our online presence, including our careers site and social media platforms to engage with candidates
  • Analysing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employer branding efforts

We're looking for someone with a real passion for employer branding, extensive knowledge, and a proven track record of employer branding within a talent acquisition function.
