Employment Brand Strategist

As an Employer Brand Manager at Morrisons, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand and driving our talent acquisition strategy. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that resonates with our values and culture, making Morrisons a go-to choice for top talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with our business objectives and EVP.
- Create and curate engaging content that effectively communicates our EVP across various platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise our brand awareness through authentic storytelling and testimonials.
- Manage our online presence, including our careers site and social media platforms, to engage with candidates and showcase our employer brand.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employer branding efforts and inform data-driven decisions.
