Mattioli Woods Limited is recruiting a Pensions Administrator to work in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering a portfolio of SIPP, SSAS, and personal clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) to assist advisers in the proactive management of our clients' financial affairs - within agreed procedures and regulations. You will also provide excellent customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in financial services and pension schemes, with ongoing training and support provided.

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the team, including managing client relationships and communications.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial services and pension schemes, including SIPP and SSAS.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners, using clear and precise language.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
