About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring Residential Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to individuals in a residential care setting.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care duties, meal preparation, assistance with medication, and taking direction from visiting professionals. You will also be expected to work towards a QCF Level 2 for registration purposes.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,773 - £27,631 per annum, pro-rata'd accordingly, and a range of benefits including automatic enrolment into the Local Government Pension Scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and access to staff health and wellbeing support.
