Mortgage Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our team at NRG Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our mortgage brokerage, you will play a vital role in assisting clients and advisers, ensuring seamless mortgage case management and delivering exceptional service.

About the Mortgage Administrator Role

The successful candidate will have experience working with high net worth mortgage cases and possess strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and exceptional time management abilities. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, lenders, solicitors, and advisers, addressing queries, and providing guidance on the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage mortgage administration from start to finish, ensuring compliance and uploading documents to lender portals.
  • Problem-solving skills - proactively liaising with BDMs and solicitors to resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Engage with clients, lenders, solicitors, and advisers, addressing queries, and providing guidance on the mortgage process.
  • Maintain a clean and reflective company pipeline.
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow processes effectively.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed targets, driving success for both you and the team.
The Mortgage Administrator Package
  • Salary up to £50k depending on experience.
  • Office Based in London.
  • 25 days holiday.
  • Career progression to broker.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience as a Mortgage Administrator - 4+ Years experience.
  • Experience with HNW and complex mortgage cases.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Exceptional time management and phone manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of mortgage processes and regulations.
  • Great computer skills.
  • Experience uploading documentation to lender portals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
