Mortgage Administrator Position in City of London Office

Due to business growth, a successful, directly authorised, independent mortgage brokerage is keen to hire an additional mortgage administrator to join their established team based within their City of London office.

This is a hybrid role whereby the successful candidate would work from a prime located City of London office on Monday's, Tuesday's, Thursday's and Friday's, whilst having the opportunity to work from home on Wednesday's of each week.

Key responsibilities include keying mortgage applications into different lenders' systems, detailing all conversations and actions taken in the CRM system, and becoming familiar with the mortgage sourcing system used.

The ideal candidate will have mortgage administration experience gained within the independent market, ensuring they are familiar with multiple lenders' mortgage products and online portals/platforms.

Excellent English written skills and telephone manner are essential, as is experience in dealing with all types of clients from diverse backgrounds.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of up to circa £33,000, which is negotiable based on skill-set/role experience, as well as a pension scheme, benefits, and a bonus scheme based upon the business' performance.
