Home Care Quality Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Care Coordinator to ensure the highest quality of home care and lead customer service initiatives.
The role involves recording and allocating care calls correctly on our systems, ensuring care workers are allocated appropriately to customers, so that care is delivered on time, safely, and in line with their wishes.
This position requires proactive problem-solving skills, particularly in aligning care schedules with customer schedules.
You will work closely with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services to our customers.
