About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at Expedia Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success across our B2C businesses in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and track performance targets, linked to strategic initiatives, and reforecast targets regularly.
  • Monitor and drive performance towards those targets, including optimizing spend allocation and identifying short- and long-term underlying drivers of performance.
  • Prepare and deliver communications to various audiences, including executive leadership, to ensure they are informed and aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish trusted working relationships with internal stakeholders and build rapport to become a trusted advisor.
  • Create an environment for team effectiveness, where strengths are known and built upon, and learning is shared to build capacity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy and project execution.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Prior work on insights and decision making, with significant strategic and financial impact for the organization.
  • Adept problem solver who embeds a test-and-learn and data-driven decision-making culture.
  • Very strong analytical and business judgment skills.
  • Risk assessor/taker.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
