Job Summary:
The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on machinery, equipment, and tools. This includes preparation, execution, prioritization, and coordination with other functions and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on machinery, equipment, and tools
- Prepare and execute maintenance plans
- Prioritize and coordinate tasks with other functions and business units
- Work in accordance with company values, HR, and HS&E policies
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a maintenance department
- Experience in the mechanical field
- Knowledge of maintenance
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum
- 6% annual STI
- Great working hours – Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
- Permanent position
- Group Personal Pension Plan: Company contributes 6% if the employee contributes at least 3%
- Sick Pay: As per contract
- Group Income Protection: Managed by Legal & General, covering 50% of salary if unable to work after 26 weeks due to sickness or accident, until retirement
