The Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our team. As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and financial management of our school catering facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing kitchen team
  • Managing stock, food, and labor costs to ensure profitability
  • Ensuring consistency of food and service standards
  • Driving sales through promotions and events
  • Managing and improving controllable costs
  • Overseeing menu development and implementation
  • Maintaining company systems and procedures
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure standards are met
About You

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • OND or HND qualification (desirable)
  • Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Financial understanding of gross profit management and sales targets
  • Line management experience
  • Experience in a similar environment
