About Our Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Secretary/PA to join our Wills and Probate team in Worcester. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Secretarial/Admin role and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Wills and Probate team, including managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. They will also prepare and manage legal documents, conduct research as required, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide accurate and timely support to the Wills and Probate team.
  • Document Management: Prepare and manage legal documents with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a first point of contact for clients, offering a professional and empathetic service.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: Previous experience within a Secretarial/Admin role is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with legal practice management software is desirable.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client focus.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum depending on experience.
