Deputy Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Quality Manager to join our team at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects in the nuclear sector.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and support the Senior Quality Manager with all quality matters, including monitoring and reporting on quality KPI metrics.
- Lead contact within the Supply Chain, managing a number of quality professionals within the project.
- Oversee quality in operational delivery and all site areas, developing and implementing quality best practice.
- Ensure compliance against the quality management system and industry standards.
- Degree (min 2:2) in a relevant STEM subject, or an equivalent level of qualification and experience.
- Member of the CQI.
- Good understanding of corporate strategy, values, and objectives.
- Typically 10 years' experience in a quality role or closely related environment.
- Previous experience of at least 5 years of managing a team.

Future opportunities within our Infrastructure Strategic Alliance (ISA). The ISA provides Sellafield Ltd with the capability and capacity to deliver a growing programme of infrastructure projects required for an aging asset portfolio.
A diverse and growing portfolio with our Clyde Commercial Framework (CCF). The CCF programme ensures that the teams responsible for delivering the UK's Continuous at Sea Deterrent (CASD) are able to live, work, and train in safe, state-of-the-art facilities.
