Job Type: Full time/permanent - Hybrid working (2 days in the office)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week, core hours between 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating captivating written, video, and audio content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and newsletters.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with our company brand and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Utilize SEO expertise to optimize content and ensure high visibility and organic growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to content strategy.
  • Support business development by crafting content that attracts and converts leads.
  • Travel to selected events to gather content ideas and materials.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and crafting engaging content across various channels.
  • Experience in asking insightful questions, extracting key details, and translating captured insights into effective content.
  • Understanding of content strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • A collaborative spirit and solid project management skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
