Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full time/permanent - Hybrid working (2 days in the office)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week, core hours between 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm

We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a content strategy that drives business growth and engagement.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute a content marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content across various channels
  • Utilize SEO expertise to optimize content and improve online visibility
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant
  • Support business development by crafting content that attracts and converts leads
  • Travel to industry events to gather insights and content ideas

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation
  • Experience in asking insightful questions and extracting key details to inform content decisions
  • Understanding of content strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • A collaborative spirit and solid project management skills
