Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full time/permanent - Hybrid working (2 days in the office)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week, core hours between 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm

We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that drives business results.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with our company's brand and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content is fresh and innovative.
  • Measure and analyze content performance to inform future content decisions.
  • Support business development by creating content that attracts and converts leads.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and crafting engaging content.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
