Nurse Deputy Home Manager Opportunity

This exceptional care home based in England is seeking a motivated Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be working for a leading healthcare provider in the UK, offering both residential and nursing dementia care to residents.

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place. They will also have experience in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.

Key responsibilities will include achieving the highest possible standards of care, enhancing the resident experience, and developing an excellent reputation for the care home. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing personal contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors, and will deputise in the overall management of the care home.

The following skills and experience would be beneficial for the role:

  • Experience of managing a team and ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately.
  • Experience in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
  • Ability to support and guide others in line with the NMC Code.

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £20.00 per hour and the annual salary is £40,040 per annum. This permanent full-time role offers 38.5 hours a week working through day shifts, with a range of benefits including a generous holiday entitlement, free meals, and ongoing personal development plan and career progression.
