About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Team Advisor. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of topics, including employment law, policy development, and employee relations.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and best practice.
  • Work closely with line managers to resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
  • Manage the maintenance and development of our HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to support business decision-making.
  • Run and maintain HR reports to provide meaningful data to the business on our people.
  • Support training and development activities across the company, including facilitating workshops and organizing training sessions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist role, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
