Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of topics, including employment law, policy development, and employee relations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and best practice.
- Work closely with line managers to resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
- Manage the maintenance and development of our HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to support business decision-making.
- Run and maintain HR reports to provide meaningful data to the business on our people.
- Support training and development activities across the company, including facilitating workshops and organizing training sessions.
- Proven experience in an HR generalist role, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
