Are you a skilled Office Administrator looking for a part-time role with a dynamic company? We have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your administrative expertise to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office functions and ensure smooth daily operations
Oversee data entry, filing, and phone calls
Coordinate payroll details and handle sales invoices
Communicate with customers and suppliers using Xero software
Schedule jobs and create quotes using field service software
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles with solid bookkeeping skills
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
Ability to type and process information efficiently
