Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Investigations & Intelligence Director to lead and standardise our global investigations processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to manage cases across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and continue to develop the process of independent Investigations in alignment with AVEVA's Speak Up strategy.
  • Conduct bespoke, comprehensive, and professional investigations across AVEVA as directed by the Speak Up review team and the Head of Internal Audit.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure investigation standards are aligned and conduct awareness sessions and training where necessary.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely on outcomes and remediations, ensuring that every case investigated has a formal report and supporting records.
  • Work closely with all relevant stakeholders and manage stakeholders' expectations throughout the investigation process.
  • Prioritise Speak Up investigations based on risk perspectives.
  • Keep the Speak Up review team and AVEVA executives updated on progress of investigations.
  • Demonstrate integrity, confidentiality and professionalism always.
