Sales Administrator

DLK Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to support their Sales team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain the Salesforce database CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness of client information.
- Extract data from the database for reporting purposes.
- Identify leads and opportunities for the Sales team through research and analysis of existing accounts.
- Manage client correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct administrative checks on new sales and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide administrative support and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external clients.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proactive and conscientious approach.
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a sales or business development environment.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
