About the Role:

G3 Systems is seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the development of mechanical systems, including 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and finite element analysis. Your expertise in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD will be crucial in creating accurate and detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation. Additionally, you will work closely with project managers to ensure that engineering solutions meet the requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
  • Produce high-quality engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that engineering solutions meet client requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical tenders and budgets.
  • Provide technical support during production and integration.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including bills of materials and manufacturing and integration packages.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a design environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent technical understanding of engineering principles.
  • Working knowledge of BS/ISO standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
