Area Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our operations in a designated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit and manage a team of subcontractors and employees, ensuring seamless onboarding and processing.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and customer service standards.
  3. Ensure the availability and proper storage of chemicals and equipment.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for staff and customers in the area.
  5. Perform administrative tasks as directed by senior management.
  6. Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  2. Ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  3. Experience in the Garage or Rentals Division.
  4. Understanding of quality processes and health and safety protocols.

Salary will be discussed at the interview, with a target earnings range of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
