About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Client Account Growth Strategist to join our team at Disability Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for our clients, driving business growth through strategic planning and relationship building.

Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for growth, developing and implementing plans to achieve these goals, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align client management strategies with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing growth strategies for our clients, including regular meetings, issue escalation, and project oversight.
  • Collaborating with clients to define success and elevate planning conversations to drive real business solutions.
  • Driving client-specific root cause analysis and remediation for clients with the service delivery manager.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

Additional requirements include:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in client success, client service/support, or similar roles.
  • Exemplary understanding of the primary products and services most relevant to their client segment.
