Account Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Strategist to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions, based in Gloucestershire.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with senior stakeholders, able to oversee and mentor a team, consider the bigger picture, and manage budgets and finances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
- Evaluate and manage client expectations.
- Identify new opportunities.
- Participate in and lead client workshops and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Create clear and engaging presentations and present results (campaign outcomes, business proposals, CRM plans & strategy).
- Lead your team to deliver exceptional project management.
- Establish, circulate, and manage project plans and schedules to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations through review meetings.
- Ensure projects are profitable while adhering to strategic goals and client KPIs.
- Take overall ownership and responsibility of project delivery on your account.
- Motivate and inspire your account team in managing clients, client requirements, and personal development.
- Be commercially aware and capable of managing budgets.
Requirements and Skills:
- A strategic thinker who can assess business opportunities effectively.
- A creative problem solver with structured and effective thinking.
- Able to identify issues affecting delivery timescales or output.
- Demonstrable communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- An ability to motivate, inspire, and develop your team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey concise information.
- Solid account management experience.
- An understanding of direct marketing, CRM, Martech, and integrated approaches.
- Experience working with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to delegate effectively and take a hands-on approach when necessary.
- Line management experience advantageous.
- An approachable personality to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
- High levels of energy and resourcefulness.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum and a hybrid working arrangement. The role requires occasional presence in Cirencester twice a month.
