Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Support / Account Manager to join our team at Brellis Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the artwork process, and supporting the Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handle all customer queries and orders by phone and email.
  • Artwork Management: Manage the artwork process internally and externally with customers and suppliers.
  • Support to Sales Director: Provide full support to the Sales Director, including pricing, previous order information, and logistics booking.
  • Logistics and Administration: Manage the production samples, process purchase and sales invoices, and liaise with suppliers.
  • Business Development: Assist with customer complaints, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Able to work in the office full-time.
  • Previous experience in Order Processing, Account Management, Internal Sales, or B2B Customer Service.
  • Desirable: Account Management experience, including building relationships with existing customers.
