Individualised Education Assistant

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Chesham. As a One to One SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a Year 4 student with Autism, providing high-quality support to help them manage their emotions and engage with classes.

About the Student:You will work alongside a Year 4 student who requires one-to-one support due to Autism. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with mental health needs and be able to offer physical education support.
Responsibilities:- Support the student in developing their social and emotional skills.
- Assist the student in accessing the curriculum and achieving their academic goals.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to help the student manage their emotions and behaviors.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $33,000, dependent on experience.
