We are seeking a highly skilled Classroom Assistant Leader to join our team in Chesham. As a key member of the support staff, you will work closely with teachers to deliver exceptional educational experiences for students of all abilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead small group instruction under the guidance of teachers.
  • Assist in planning and preparing lessons and learning resources.
  • Support the implementation of Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt materials accordingly.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students requiring additional assistance.
  • Assist in assessing student progress and maintaining records of achievement.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supervise students during break times and outings.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective teaching strategies.
