About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team at Brunelcare. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outcome-focused care and support to help residents make the most of their lives and remain as independent as possible.
  • Demonstrate, promote, and ensure high health and social care standards for our residents.
  • Work with the staff team to provide a homely environment for our residents.
  • Maintain a kind, caring, and compassionate approach daily.
  • Work within the expectations of a care environment based upon individualised care focusing on the physical and social well-being of our residents.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about improving people's lives and has excellent communication skills. Experience in care would be beneficial, but we are also open to candidates who are looking for a change or returning to the workforce.
