Join Our Team as a Support Worker

Creative Support Ltd is a non-profit organisation providing high-quality person-centred social care services. We empower individuals with various care needs to live independent and fulfilling lives, recognising their strengths, abilities, and personal resources.

We are seeking warm, motivated, and person-centred Relief Support Workers to provide personalised care and support to adults with learning disabilities. Our team promotes active and independent lifestyles, and we welcome applicants with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing respectful care and practical support to service users
  • Maximising social opportunities and community engagement
  • Developing and sustaining warm relationships with service users
  • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated service
