About the Role

We are seeking warm, motivated, and person-centred Relief Support Workers to provide personalised care and support to adults with learning disabilities. As a Relief Support Worker, you will work in the principle of Creative Support, promoting active and independent lifestyles for the adults you support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful care and practical and emotional support to service users at our Wakefield services.
  • Maximise social opportunities and community engagement.
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
