About the Role

We are recruiting for a Senior Litigation Counsel to join our Surrey team at Law Staff Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced litigator to handle a complex and busy caseload of civil & commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Litigating commercial disputes between businesses and individuals
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and settlement agreements
  • Handling contentious probate cases and contractual disputes
  • Assisting in business development and marketing
Requirements
  • Over 4 years of experience in litigation matters
  • Strong technical ability and excellent client care skills
  • Good IT skills and ability to work well as part of a team

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
