**Due to an influx of work, they are seeking an experienced Corporate Associate 3+ years PQE to join them in Dorking.**

**The role**

**The firm is seeking a Corporate Associate 3+ years PQE to join their Dorking, Surrey office.**

The firm currently receives countless inquiries every single day which they currently pass externally.

The caseload will encompass a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, Joint ventures, Private Equity, Shareholder agreements, and more.

Collaborating closely with the partners, you will play a vital role in driving the department forward. Their client support extends from several regional offices.

**Requirements**:

- You will be an Corporate Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You will be able to run a caseload with mínimal supervision
