Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Litigator to join our team, who will be responsible for handling complex civil & commercial litigation matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned litigator to take their career to the next level and contribute to our client's continued success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in litigation matters, with a strong focus on Commercial Disputes between Businesses and Boundary Disputes. You will be expected to assist others within the litigation department and handle a busy caseload with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle complex and high-value Commercial Disputes between Businesses
  • Assist with Boundary Disputes and other related matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional results
  • Contribute to the development of the litigation team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in litigation matters
  • A strong understanding of Commercial Law and procedure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
