Foster Carer Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Carer to join our team.

In this role, you will work with vulnerable children and young people in your own home, providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive.

Your main responsibility will be to provide day-to-day care and support, ensuring the children's physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

You will also have opportunities to engage in training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in trauma-informed practice.

Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £22,640 per month, depending on the number of children in your care. You will also receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our experienced foster carer network.

We offer a competitive professional fee structure, with rates up to £2,264 per month per child. In addition, you will have access to 24/7 support, peer groups, and a buddying scheme with experienced foster carers.
