We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team as a Live In Care Assistant. As a Live In Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with meal preparation and cooking, as well as light housekeeping and laundry.
- Support clients with their medication management, including administering medication as required.
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, including engaging in activities and hobbies that they enjoy.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the care team.
- Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a live-in care role.
- Qualifications in care, such as a Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as some clients may require transportation.
